Notice: Double-Bag Limit Notice – Victoria and Carbonear:
- Please be advised that the Town of Victoria will have a double-bag limit on Tuesday, August 12 due to impacts from the wildfire.
- The Town of Carbonear and Area will have a double-bag limit on Friday, August 15.
- To assist the contractor with this task, only garbage will be collected during these collections this week.
- No recycling will be collected this week in Victoria and Carbonear.
Waste Recovery Facilities:
- Please be advised that the Old Perlican and Cavendish Waste Recovery Facilities is now CLOSED until further notice due to the regional state of emergency declared for the portion of the Bay de Verde Peninsula impacted by wildfires.

Residents that are on roads undergoing road work with barricades/ strings or other that limit access to waste boxes please place waste curbside facing your property at 7 am on collection day.
