Clarenville and The Sounds Joint Council

The Clarenville and The Sounds Joint Council (CTSJC) is an association composed of representatives of municipal councils and local service districts of the Clarenville, Random Island, and The Sounds area of Newfoundland and Labrador whose mandate is:

  • To be a regional united voice for municipalities, local service districts and communities in the area.
  • To provide a forum for discussion among the member communities to relay their activities and concerns.
  • To offer an avenue for the exchange of information and ideas about local government and provincial municipal legislation.
