We provide weekly collection for regular household garbage and bi-weekly collection of recyclables to many communities in eastern Newfoundland.

Recyclables: No limit on the number of transparent blue bags set out on recycling days.
Privacy Bags: One opaque bag per week for personal items like sanitary and incontinence products.
Bag Limit: The total number of garbage bags, including privacy bag, must meet weekly limit.
Curbside Placement: Set bags out by 7 AM, within 4.5 m (15 ft) of the pavement.
Bag Weight: Maximum of 20 kg (45 lbs) per bag.
Bundle Length: Max. 1.5 m (4 ft) for bundled items. Secure Bags: Tie bags securely to prevent spillage.

Non-Waste Items: Keep non-waste items away from the collection area.
Missed or Delayed Collections:
Service Delays: Collections may be delayed due to weather, mechanical issues, or staff absences. Report missed collections to ERSB for quick response.
Service Prioritization: Garbage collection may be prioritized over recycling during service disruptions.
Updates: For the latest collection updates, follow us on Voyent Alert at http://register.voyent-alert.c....
Garbage Box Maintenance:
Upkeep: Keep garbage boxes clean, in good repair, and free of snow or debris. Boxes with maggots, wasp nests, or vermin will not be serviced.
Container Standards: Waste will not be collected from makeshift boxes (e.g., old freezers). Unsuitable containers will be tagged accordingly.
Garbage Box Lids: Residents are responsible for closing garbage box lids after each collection.
Rejected Waste:
Waste that does not meet these requirements may be left behind. Check for an orange or yellow tag indicating possible reasons why waste was not collected. Once remedied, it will be removed on the following collection day.
