Request for Proposals for Safety Manual Update
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the Owner to prospective proponents to submit Proposals to update Eastern Regional Service Board’s Safety Manual. Submission deadline is 4 pm on November 15, 2024.
The ERSB requires that a company or consortia of companies shall furnish all materials, personnel and equipment required to provide all the services set out below. The services that are required to be performed include:
- The current ERSB safety manual requires updating to ensure it encompass; current ERSB activities, current legislation as well as current safety vocabulary. To ensure that the manual contains relevant information and does not include content that is related to Human resources.
- The current manual table of contents is located in Appendix E
- ERSB work locations include an office, a depot, a transfer station as well as waste recovery facilities. Site visits are not anticipated. It is anticipated that staff from each location will be interviewed and will be available via phone or virtual meetings.
